Recipients: Collected videos may be submitted on the request to the competent authorities (police, court), if necessary for the conduct of proceedings under special regulations.

Recordings obtained through the video surveillance system are kept for a maximum of six months or longer if they are excluded as evidence in court, administrative, arbitration, or other proceedings.
