What will you do?
As a Business Analyst in our Customer Success team, your responsibilities will include:
- cooperation with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for the application of RPA technology
- analysis and documentation of business processes
- support in the development and implementation of RPA solutions in cooperation with our Development team
- providing support to users during RPA solution go-live
- maintaining excellent communication flow internally and externally
You profile
- IT degree (FER, FESB, FOI, ETF etc.)
- proficiency in English language: C1+
- strong communication skills and an excellent team player
- passion for learning and continuous professional development
- ability to analyze and document business processes (as-is, business and technical gap analysis, to-be solution design with BPMN mappings)
- Driver’s license (B category)
- Ability to travel abroad
Bonus points
- experience working as a Business Analyst (3+ years), especially in RPA
- experience in application development (Waterfall / Agile) or IT project management
